1. Naming of dimension „cell“ in older ICON grid files

  Small change in src_vert_inter_lm.f90:

  For ICON->COSMO, the netcdf dimension name of "cell" was "ncells" for older ICON grid files.
  Now both names are possible and those older ICON grid files can be used.

  NO CHANGE OF RESULTS!

  NO NEW NAMELIST PARAMETERS!
