16th COSMO General Meeting: accommodation

This year, the COSMO general meeting will take place at a seaside hotel near Eretria, Greece. The hotel has a conference center and secondary halls to host both the plenary and the parallel sessions. It also has more than 100 rooms, so it can provide accommodation for the meeting participants

The 16^th GM is taking place at Negroponte Resort, near Eretria (Euboea, Greece)

The Negroponte resort will charge single rooms for 85€ and double rooms for 125€ for participants. This price includes breakfast and lunch buffet.
The hotel also offers dinner for 18€/person provided the staff is notified on the same morning (for the arrival day, mention it in your reservation email).
You have to make your reservation until June 20th to get the prices mentioned above. In your reservation mail, make sure to include the identifier "code: GM14". You can contact the hotel at residence@negroponteresort.gr.
